Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?

We do not have any limitation for the order quantity. But it should be considered that low amount orders will include customs costs within Turkey. Please contact us regarding any questions about your order.

What is your machining capability?

We can manufacture parts up to 0,005 mm tolerances.

What is your average lead time?

Since we’re working as project based, there can be different constraints, which may affect lead time, such as raw material availability, project volume and complexity, and our capacity. You can be sure that we, as Baksan Makina, always aim to complete your project on time with high quality.

What shipping company do you use?

Globally, our primary courier is DHL. Locally, we use our own trucks or shipping companies, which is preferred by customers, according to the project and location.

Where can you ship to and which incoterms do you use?

We can ship all around the world and we prefer DAP or FCA incoterms.

What payment methods can you accept?

We accept only bank wire transfer.

What are your business hours?

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (GMT +3). You can contact us via email or phone.
